METHI CHAPATI ( INDIAN FENUGREEK LEAVES FLAT BREAD )
Ingredients:
1. Wheat Flour – 200 grms.
2. Methi Powder ( Fenugreek Powder) - 1 ½ spoon.
3. Jeera Powder ( Cumin Powder ) - 1 spoon.
4. Meethi leaves ( Fenugreek Leaves )
5. Maricha churna ( Black Pepper ) - ½ spoon.
Procedure:
Fenugreek leaves should be washed and finely chopped. Take 200 grams of clean wheat flour in a stainless steel / brass / plastic container. Add 1 ½ spoons of Fenugreek powder ,1 Spoon of a Cumin powder , ½ spoon of Black Pepper powder add freshly chopped Fenugreek leaves. Start adding little by little water and knead the flour into dough, which is soft and spongy in consistency. Dough is made into small ball of required size, flatten these balls by rolling. Then fry the flattened dough over a non stick pan initially, on low flame and later on medium, until the chapatti becomes golden brown in colour.
You can also use oil to fry the chapati.

5. Doesn’t cause heaviness of the body.
