
1. Take Shatavari granules every day with once cup of warm milk.
2. Prepare a mixture of gently roasted dill and fennel, add roasted celery seeds and rock salt ( saindav lavan ) to it.
3 Consume kheer as dessert using ( suji / rice / wheat ) coconut milk, poppy seeds, dry dates ... etc is very good for mothers
4. Add 2 - 4 teaspoon of Pure cows ghee to your meals. Eat full and nutritious meals. Ghee helps in digestion and restoring mothers energy.
5. Add soup of pulses with ghee to your diet whenever possible
You can make millet soup as mentioned below:
Option 1.
Take 1 tbs of Millet / Wheat four + 150 ml of water + some jaggery / cane sugar for taste season it with ghee and cumin seeds.
or
Option 2.
Take 1 tbs of Millet / Wheat four + 200 ml of water + some fresh leaves of fenugreek some salt ( saidahav lavan ) for taste season it with fresh chilli and garlic.5. Add soup of pulses with ghee to your diet whenever possible

6. Liquid and semisolid diet is advisable for mothers. Avoid junk food.
7. Avoid sleeping late in the night.8. Always be happy as tension, sorrow and anger depletes mothers milk.
